- The lithops.sorus.pl online store is operated by the company (hereinafter referred to in the terms and conditions as the “Seller”): DM Sorus Sp. z o. o., ul. - By placing an order, the customer enters into a remote contract with the seller and agrees to the processing of his personal data by the seller.
- Personal data is placed in the database and processed only for the needs of the Seller, in accordance with the privacy policy (in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data – Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926).
- The Seller does not process data related to credit cards. This data is collected and processed directly by the companies that process payments for the Seller, on separate, securely encrypted sites.
- The customer has the right to inspect his data and correct it.
- The customer may request that personal data be supplemented, updated, rectified, temporarily or permanently suspended or deleted.
- The vendor reserves the right to refuse to process questionable orders.
- The buyer is obliged to provide a landline phone number, cell phone number or e-mail address where it will be possible to confirm the order and contact about the placed order.
- Incorrectly completed forms will not be implemented.
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round, except during periods when service maintenance is being carried out.
- In the event of a possible change in the prices of products, the Seller immediately undertakes to inform the Customer. If the new price is not accepted, the order for a specific product will not be implemented.
- The seller reserves the right to withdraw from sale certain products, located on the store’s pages.
- Prices of goods in the online store are expressed in Polish zloty and include VAT.
- The seller issues VAT invoices for each order.
- Methods and costs of delivery and shipment are listed in detail on the website lithops.sorus.pl/shop/supply-i-platnosc/ and given and calculated automatically on the page with the order.
- The formalities of settling the transaction are carried out at the place of receipt of the ordered goods and are conducted by an employee of the shipping company.
- The Buyer grants the Seller a power of attorney to enter into a service contract on behalf of the Buyer with a shipping company (e.g. Poczta Polska S.A.) to send the purchased products through them.
- The lead time ranges from 1 to 7 days and depends on the choice of supplier and whether the ordered goods are currently in stock. Usually the time is up to 1-3 days. For digital products, the delivery time is up to 1 day.
- Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified in the order form. Digital products are made available at a link sent to the buyer’s e-mail address. The link to download the purchased files is also located on the Order page https://lithops.sorus.pl/moje-konto/orders/ after clicking on the “View” button next to a given order.
- If the goods are out of stock, the customer is informed of this fact and the associated increase in the lead time.
- The purchased and delivered goods are tightly packed.
- For any complaints, please contact the seller. Complaints are processed within a maximum of 14 days.
- You can resign from the goods purchased in our store (withdraw from the conclusion of the contract) in accordance with the Rules for withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance.
- If the order has not yet been completed (the package has not been sent) it is possible to cancel the order. You should then contact the Seller.
